Photocopy Forgery Examination

Is it a “cut & paste?  Signatures can be copied from genuine documents and then placed on a composite document to produce what appears to be a copy of an original document that, in fact, never existed.  While this is generically referred to as a “cut & paste,” today it is typically produced by machine copy manipulation or “photoshopping.”
